Tamara is a Communications major/Journalism track at Albright College and will graduate in May 2017. As a child, she always loved writing and its importance in her life grew with her. Once firmly entrenched in her career, Tamara hopes to impact others by sharing the stories of incredible individuals.

For the past two years, Tamara has been a member of the volunteer-oriented sorority, Phi Mu; she assumed the role of Philanthropy Chair this spring. Tamara has served as the secretary of Albright’s Panhellenic Council and is also a member of the college’s Alternative Spring Break. Additionally, she  mentored elementary ESL students as a homework tutor at 13th and Union Elementary School in Reading.

She enjoys the outdoors and often goes hiking and paddle boarding. Music is Tamara’s second love and she tries to attend the concerts of her favorite musicians whenever possible.

Tamara’s secret? There are more than 200 items on her bucket list.
